Welcome to Classora, a product and brand operated by CLASSORA LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 16961118. In these Terms, "Classora", "we", "us", and "our" refer to CLASSORA LTD. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, web application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a legal guardian, to create an account and use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Educational Use Only

Classora is designed for teachers and schools to manage classrooms, grades, lesson plans, and AI-powered teaching tools. You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in your region.

3. Subscription & Billing

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription ("Royal Plan" or similar). Subscription pricing, free trials, and promotions are described on our Pricing and Subscription pages.

When you subscribe through our payment provider (currently Paddle or a similar platform), you authorize them to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

4. Free Trial & Launch Offers

From time to time, we may offer promotions such as a one-month free trial or discounted early-subscriber pricing for a limited number of users. Details of each promotion, including eligibility and duration, are shown on the Pricing and Subscription pages and form part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• No sharing of student data in violation of local privacy laws.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, hack, or overload the Service.
• No sharing of your account with unauthorized users.

6. Intellectual Property

We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, branding, and content we provide (excluding content you upload or input). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for classroom and personal educational use.

7. Data & Student Information

You may input student names, grades, and other classroom information into Classora. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from parents, guardians, or your institution, and for complying with all local privacy and data-protection regulations. 8. AI Features & Limitations

Some features rely on third-party AI providers to generate content such as lesson plans, quizzes, or messages. AI-generated content may contain errors or be incomplete. You agree to review and verify all AI-generated content before using it with students or parents.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, but certain sections of these Terms will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will adjust the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email where possible. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
